How It Works

By outsourcing your laundry to us, you reclaim hours each week that can be spent on more meaningful activities.

We use a gentle, non-scented detergent to ensure a safe clean for sensitive skin.

• • No fabric softeners are ever used, ensuring a gentle clean for sensitive skin.

• • By default, we fold your items, but we can hang them on our hangers at no additional fee if requested.
• • You can provide your own hangers, or we’ll supply them—whichever you prefer.
• • We recycle our hangers; simply return them with your next order.

Some items are better dry cleaned, and we’ll let you know to ensure the best care for your garments.

• • Pickup before 7 AM means same-day delivery; otherwise, it’s pickup today, deliver tomorrow (next-day).
• • Rush service is available upon request for those urgent needs.
• • We normally pick up between 5 AM and 7 AM in Marin and deliver back between 1 PM and 5 PM (a more specific time will be provided for your route).
• • We’ll always attempt to hand-deliver or leave your laundry in a safe location at your residence.

• • Schedule your pickup directly, or text/call Mark personally for assistance.
• • We send ETA updates for your pickup and delivery, along with confirmation notifications.

• • The bag holds approximately 25 lbs; if you need a larger bag, just let us know.

• • Each item is sorted by color to ensure quality cleaning.
• • Machines are dedicated to your items alone—never combined with other clients’ orders.
• • We wash in cold water on low heat unless you request otherwise.

• • Folded items are wrapped in paper to prevent moisture retention (unlike plastic liners used by others, which can trap heat and cause unpleasant dampness).
• • Paper-wrapped items are placed in a plastic bag to protect from the elements; if you prefer no plastic or no paper, we can package in your laundry bag or a bag you provide.
